Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, 12:16 a.m., 2600 block Sherman Ave., “officer out with male.” Thirty-seven year old John T. Bracken, Coos Bay, arrested on Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office warrant for Parole Violation. Also cited for DWS – Violation, Driving Uninsured and warned for Unsafe Vehicle and Failure to Carry SR22. In addition, 48-year old David L. Clingings, Coos Bay, arrested on Parole Violation. Both were transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. And, 50-year old Jeffrey L. Cotnoir, North Bend, cited in lieu of custody for PCS 1 (Meth).
Fight
A reported fight between two males on the side of the highway, 3201 Tremont Ave. (Hwy. 101), led to a referral to the Coos Co. District Attorney’s Office. According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, 3:17 p.m., “officers responded and advised Burglary I, Theft II, Theft by Receiving and Disorderly Conduct will be referred” on 19-year old Ryan Len Nicholas.
Trespass
A report of a “suspicious male in building” at 2000 Inland Dr. in North Bend Thursday at 12:02 p.m., resulted in a citation for Disorderly Conduct. According to an entry on the police log, 44-year old James Arthur Albright was also trespassed from all Oregon First Community properties.
Rock Throwing
A 21-year old female reported to North Bend Police early Saturday morning, 12:!8 a.m., “neighbor threw a rock at her vehicle.” According to an entry on the police log for the 1900 block of Broadway Ave., “verbal between parties. Denied throwing rocks at anyone or anything. No damage to vehicle. All parties told to go inside and call it a nite.”
Restraining Order
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, 3:09 p.m., Marion St. & Virginia Ave., “violation of restraining order.” Forty-eight year old Bruce A. Jewell, of Coos Bay, arrested for VRO. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
UEMV
A vehicle was reportedly broken into on the 2100 block of Ohio St. in North Bend Thursday night. According to entry on the police log for 7:25 a.m., Friday, “credit cards and a Garmin GPS were stolen.”
Sex Abuse
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, 3:46 a.m., Lakeshore Dr., “sex abuse, report taken.”
Burglary
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, 4:53 p.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., Celebration Center, “reported burglary and theft of several computers and power point projector. Officer responded and advised Theft I, under investigation.”
