CB Police Calls Feb. 16

3-vehicle accident
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, 4:58 p.m., No. Bayshore Dr., at Pro Build, “3 vehicle accident.  Non-injury.”  Twenty-four year old Moises Deno Vacalles cited for DWS – Violation.

Criminal trespass
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, 3:43 p.m., 100 block No. Cammann St., McKay’s, “subject in custody for Criminal Trespass.”  Twenty-nine year old John Vernon Stringer, cited in lieu of custody for Criminal Trespass II.

Probation violation
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, 3:24 p.m., 1100 block Central Ave., following a request for an ambulance, “Coos Bay Fire Dept. request law enforcement respond.”  Forty-two year old Robert Utterback arrested on the charge of Probation Violation.

Knife
A report of a Coos Co. Sheriff’s Civil Deputy threatened by a knife led to a request for a cover unit from the Coos Bay Police Dept. Monday afternoon at 3:11 p.m.  According to an entry on the police log, the call came in from the 1900 block of Newmark Ave.  “Suspect is still there.”

DWS
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for 2:10 p.m., McKay’s & 7th St., 38-year old Charles Johnson arrested on charge of DWS Misdemeanor.

Marijuana
Two male juveniles, both 14, were referred to the Coos Co. Juvenile Dept. Monday, 8:44 a.m., after they were found to be in possession of marijuana at Sunset Middle School, 245 So. Cammann St.  Both were referred for PCS Less than an Oz. Marijua
