Mining rights for motorcycle fraud
A 42-year old Roseburg man was arrested Tuesday, Jan. 31, after he allegedly answered an ad from Craig's List wanting to swap a motorcycle for a mining rights.  Marcus Anthony Rojas allegedly provided the papers and got the motorcycle, which he then sold to a third party.  However, the person who posted the ad later learned Rojas had no legal rights to the claims.  He now faces a felony charge of Theft by Deception.
