Missing Mushroom Pickers in Curry Co., Feb. 3

Search for mushroom pickers in Curry Co.
Curry Co. officials have enacted a seven county Search-and-Rescue Agreement in an effort to find three missing mushroom pickers in the Rogue River area.  Deputies located an SUV and some clothing belonging to Belinda and Daniel Conne, both 47, and their son Michael, 25, but have not found the trio.  They were last seen Sunday, Jan. 29 at their campsite in Huntley Park on the Rogue River.  They were thought to be headed for Saunders Creek to pick mushrooms, but did not return.  Their two dogs were found in a camping vehicle.  Their Jeep Cherokee was located on Agness Road Wednesday, Feb. 1.  Search and rescue personnel from other counties have joined the search effort.
